I confess I have a major peanut butter weakness. Any and everything peanut butter; I don't discriminate.
So when I learned about other nut butters I thought I had died and gone to heaven! Almond, sunflower seed, even coconut! Oh boy. It's a whole new world of flavor.
The hardest thing for me (besides not eating the entire jar at once) was accepting the fact that these are so high in fat. But it's good fat - the kind your body needs - like in avocados.
My current obsession is mixing them into my oatmeal in the morning. Don't judge until you've tried it!
