For over a month Katie, (my friend at work) and I had been planning to throw our other friend at work (Kristen) a surprise baby shower. It was tough work--we had to shop on our lunch hours, wrap presents in our cars, coordinate all of our schedules to line up on one day without explaining why it had to be on that certain day.
Little did I know, they were planning a surprise bridal shower for me behind my back for that very same day...sneaky!

Of course I jumped up and down and yelled "Surprise!" like an idiot when Kristen came into the room. She looked confused/scared because she thought she was coming to get ready to surprise me. Katie just giggled and looked relieved; being the master-mind and juggling both secrets is tough work.
Granted, we are so busy at work that the 15 minutes we were able to open presents wasn't much of a party, but it was still so much fun!

I love the butter dishes! I registered for 6 originally but they are deceivingly large. You definitely only need 2.
